Our Commitment

At Lord of the Breakthrough Church, we believe that children and young people are a precious gift from God.

We are committed to providing a safe, nurturing, and protective environment where every child and youth can grow spiritually, socially, and emotionally without fear.

Our leadership and volunteers are trained, screened, and supported to uphold the highest standards of safety and care.

How We Protect Your Children

  • All leaders and volunteers undergo Blue Card screening (Working with Children Checks).
  • All volunteers complete Safe Church training before working with children or youth.
  • We maintain strict adult-to-child supervision ratios.
  • Our staff and volunteers follow a strict Code of Conduct designed to safeguard all participants.
  • We operate under a Safe Church & WHS Compliance Policy endorsed by our leadership.

Safe Environments

  • All programs are conducted in safe, supervised, and welcoming spaces.
  • Physical boundaries are respected; appropriate interactions only.
  • We require parental consent for excursions and special events.
  • We maintain first aid kits on-site and trained first aid responders at major events.
  • Emergency procedures (fire evacuation, lockdown) are in place and practiced regularly.
